More than just a program:
This is more than just a program — it’s a 75-minute cinematic training experience built to elevate how you think, move, and perform on the court. Created in collaboration with GL7 Studios, this production blends elite basketball development with intentional storytelling, designed to help you stay grounded, focused, and in control when the game speeds up. Every detail is crafted to build not just skill, but presence — so you can trust your game when it matters most.
After this program, you will:
• Move without losing balance • Stop rushing under pressure • Control your pace instead of reacting • Feel grounded in every movement • Trust your decisions in real time
The Problem
Most players don’t struggle because they lack skill. They struggle because their foundation isn’t strong enough to support it. You’ve felt it before — You train. You put in the work. But when the game speeds up… something breaks. • You lose balance on drives • You rush finishes you normally make • Your footwork gets sloppy under pressure • You look good in workouts… but it doesn’t translate And the most frustrating part? You know you’re better than how you’re playing.
Footwork Under Pressure
It’s not your talent. It’s not your effort. It’s that your game isn’t built on something stable. Most players chase moves, combos, and creativity… without ever building the base that makes those things work. So when pressure shows up — their game has nothing to fall back on.
The Truth
When your foundation is weak: • Your balance disappears • Your timing is off • Your decisions become rushed • Your confidence fades And the game starts controlling you… instead of the other way around.
The Shift
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about fixing what everything else depends on. Because when your foundation is solid… everything changes.
What to Expect:
Inside, you’ll train:
• Balance and body control • Footwork that holds under pressure • Pace and rhythm • Awareness and presence
You’ll experience:
• Slower, more intentional workouts • Training that exposes bad habits • A deeper understanding of how you move
And over time, you’ll notice:
• You stop rushing • You stay balanced • You control your pace • You trust your game This isn’t about adding more moves. It’s about building a game that doesn’t break.

Meet Trey:
I’m Trey Slate. I come from a small town called Gore, Oklahoma — and like a lot of players, I didn’t start with everything. I earned it. I walked on at the University of Oklahoma after starting as a manager… and every year I was there, I earned the hardest-worker award. Not because I was the most talented — but because I was obsessed with the work. That obsession didn’t stop when I stopped playing. It turned into a deeper question: What actually makes a player great… and why does it break under pressure?
Experience at the Highest Level
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with players at every level of the game— From youth athletes… to college players across programs like Baylor, Kentucky, Oklahoma, TCU, Ole Miss, and Virginia Tech… to NBA and professional players including: • Buddy Hield • Jimmy Butler • Trae Young • Blake Griffin • Ja'Kobe Walter • VJ Edgecombe I’ve also been part of the Bahamian National Basketball Team and coached within the Nike EYBL.
What I Learned
At every level, I saw the same thing: Players didn’t struggle because they lacked moves. They struggled because their foundation didn’t hold up under pressure. Balance breaks. Timing speeds up. Decisions get rushed. And everything they worked on… disappears.
My Approach
My work is built on a different idea: You don’t build a great game from the outside in. You build it from the ground up. Yes, we train footwork. Yes, we train skill. But more importantly, we train: • Balance • Control • Rhythm • Awareness • Presence Because those are the things that actually translate.
Beyond Skill
This isn’t just about basketball. My approach is shaped by: • The mindset of Kobe Bryant • Principles of martial arts and mastery • And years of studying how elite performers think, move, and respond under pressure I integrate the mental, physical, and instinctual side of the game — Because real development isn’t just mechanical. It’s internal.
Why This Matters
I’m not here to give you more drills. I’m here to help you build something that lasts. A foundation that holds. A game you can trust. A way of playing that doesn’t fall apart when it matters most.
The Invitation
If you’re serious about your development… If you’re willing to slow down and build it the right way… You’re in the right place.
The Proof
This is what it looks like when the work is applied. • Real training sessions focused on balance, control, and pace • Players learning how to move with intention—not just repetition • Game situations where footwork, timing, and presence actually hold up You’ll see: • The difference between rushed movement and controlled movement • How small adjustments in balance change everything • What it looks like when the game starts to slow down This is built from years on the court — training, studying, and refining what actually translates to real games.
Transformation:
Before this, most players feel: • Rushed • Off-balance • Inconsistent • Out of control in key moments They rely on moves… but don’t trust what happens under pressure. After committing to this work, you become: • Balanced — your base holds in every movement • Controlled — you dictate pace instead of reacting • Composed — the game doesn’t speed you up • Reliable — your training shows up when it matters You stop hoping your game works… and start trusting that it will.
Who This Is For:
• Players who feel inconsistent in games • Players who lose control when pressure rises • Players who want their training to actually translate • Players serious about building a real foundation • Players willing to slow down, focus, and improve the right way Who This Is NOT For: • Players looking for flashy drills or quick tricks • Players who just want to “get a workout in” • Players unwilling to be patient with their development • Players who avoid fixing weaknesses This is for players who want something that lasts. Not something that just looks good.
